In order to alleviate this inconvenience The Closing Agent has setup a safe and secure online portal for you to make your deposit without ever leaving the comfort of your home or office. As an added benefit there is no username or login necessary to make the online deposit.

Please note if the contract is properly terminated, provided there is no dispute and TCA has received a fully executed release and cancellation of contract, the deposit will be refunded five (5) business days from the date the funds are received in our account and will be returned via the ACH platform. The $9.00 convenience fee is non-refundable.

To complete a fully digital transfer of your deposit through our Online Check Deposit Portal, you only need the following 2 pieces of information:
- Checking Account Number
- Bank Routing Number
Please note that due to banking regulations, the Online Check Deposit Portal can only be used for deposits in the amount of $100,000 or less.
Online Check Deposit Portal service is provided by Payload, LLC and a $9.00 convenience fee will be added to the total amount of your deposit at checkout.

Wire fraud continues to be a growing threat, and the process typically involves a homebuyer being given false wire instructions, usually via email. Once a payment is executed, wire transfers are irrevocable, resulting in a total loss. Payload Keybox eliminates the risk of loss by leveraging the inherent protections of WEB initiated ACH transfers. ACH transfers are limited to United States bank accounts and all transactions are fully traceable. If a fraudster was able to trick a homebuyer into making this ACH payment to a fraudulent account, the payment can simply be reversed.
